Since 2001, Be Discovered has connected thousands of dancers from more than 15 countries with the people, places and opportunities that shape what comes next.

Our programs build on a dancer’s training by introducing them to leading choreographers and professionals, performance opportunities, firsthand industry exposure and experiences they may not otherwise have access to.

From New York and Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Disney and international destinations, each program gives dancers the chance to grow their skills, build confidence, network and discover more about the industry — and themselves.

Be Discovered was built on a unique vision: dancers thrive most when exceptional training is combined with industry access, performance opportunities, new destinations and fun experiences that expand their world.

Founder and Executive Director Diana Uribe built Be Discovered from decades of experience in talent representation, casting, mentorship and talent development. 

Our programs bring together dance, travel, performance and industry access in major entertainment destinations, creating opportunities that are exclusive to Be Discovered.

Dancers return home stronger performers, with greater confidence, independence and inspiration — and a broader sense of where their talent can take them, in and out of the industry.
