Recently we cast four dancers in a Winners department store Face Book and TV ad campaign. Fans cast their votes for their favorite dancers fashion style. Talent Searches
Be Discovered talent searches give aspiring dancers the chance to be seen by today’s leading industry decision makers. Adjudicators are scouts, casting directors, booking agents, producers and directors. Participants who have a marketable look and/or show talent and potential are considered for auditions, jobs and could even be offered contracts. Although the prestige of winning a Be Discovered talent search and being considered for bookings are fantastic prizes in themselves, other terrific prizes are awarded including scholarships, photo shoots, meet and greets with stars and industry pro’s and much more.
The Hamilton Spectator's Be Discovered Talent Search was a huge success. Many new faces and performers scouted had the chance to audition and or be booked on stage, movies, music videos, commercials and print ads. Matt Carroll, 2nd place dance winner was booked by us on an Aaron Carter music video within weeks of being scouted. Weeks later, he was dancing with Aaron for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson at his tribute concert. Matt ended up touring the world as a back up dancer for Aaron for a couple of years. Industry Networking Parties
Be Discovered’s industry networking parties are not to be missed events where aspiring talent and industry professionals come together to meet and mingle, make contacts, exchange ideas, interact in a fun environment and dance the night away. Our parties are hosted at trendy clubs with live MC’s and DJ’s and feature a fashion show, performances by up and coming artists, surprise guests as well as lots of prizes and give a-ways. These events are also frequented by service/product providers for dancers as it is a great place to promote.
To celebrate us booking 7 dancers, the poet Dwayne Morgan and five hundred background performers on the movie Honey, we hosted a party. MC'd by Mo D, one of Canada’s most prominent media personalities and DJ'd by Glen C, the event was in support of Artists Against Racism.
The fashion show spotlighted Sodaliscious clothing. Recently, its fashions were featured at the Toronto International Film Festival and its couture gowns in the Pre-Emmys Experience Celebrity Style Lounge. The performances made the night a hit! Dwayne Morgan with his spoken word, Promise D'Apostle rapped and Natalie Ravera booked as one of the dancers in the film sang. Dancers included belly dancer Eden Fieldstone, the McMaster Urban Dance Company, Super Naturalz b-boy crew and Ballet Creole and its drummers. Click here for more Industry Networking Parties info.

Be Discovered Talent Showcases provide a platform for performers to show off their talents to friends, family, scouts, the media and other leading industry decision makers.
Performers are selected from open auditions that we hold and video submissions are also accepted for those interested in starring in the showcase and unable to attend the tryouts.
